Refreshing

busy updating my old website with fresh images of work.........

Unpacking the kiln....

is aways exciting - will the glass be cracked, full of strange bubbles?......the firing process softens the edges and im always seduced by the light, the edible quality of the glass.....its lickable!

More glass inserts for Doron's school building. One more firing to go......then the 9 are finished.

taking shape

I have been buried in my studio trying to finish 9 glass inserts for a staircase. They should all be completed by the end of  the week. It has been a fascinating process and I've learnt so much. Better go and check on the kiln!

back at the work table......
